  • Greg Vanclief

    Greg is Vice President of Business Development at Wesley Clover. Prior to joining Wesley Clover, he was Vice President Corporate Planning at March Networks where he was responsible for guiding strategic financing and planning, M&A activities, investor relations, and Board of Director relations. Before joining March Networks, Greg served in the Chairman’s office at Newbridge Networks during the critical period leading to the company’s acquisition by Alcatel in 2000. He has extensive experience at a senior management level assisting technology companies from start-up to large multinationals in dealing with the strategic issues common to the high tech sector.

  • Patrick Keefe

    Patrick has over 15 years of highly relevant investment and entrepreneurial experience. As vice president of investment at Innovacorp, Patrick oversaw the organization’s seed and early-stage venture capital activities.

    In 2004, Patrick founded CVAI to launch Starbucks Coffee in Atlantic Canada, securing an exclusive license to operate. Starbucks Corporation acquired CVAI in 2008.

    Previously, Patrick held senior positions with Boston-based venture capital firm Atlas Venture and the Boston Consulting Group, which provides strategic advisory services for leading companies around the world.

  • Don Smith

    Don Smith has more than 30 years experience in the telecom industry, including more than six years at Mitel Corporation, where he was promoted to Executive Vice President of global sales and marketing. Following his career at Mitel, he became President of AIT Corporation, successfully taking them public in 1993. In 1996 Don founded and was president and CEO of Cambrian Systems Corporation, which was acquired by Nortel Networks in 1998. Don then served as VP and General Manager of OPTera Solutions, a division of Nortel. In 2000, he was promoted to President of Optical Internet at Nortel. Don served as CEO of Mitel Networks Corp., from 2001 to 2011. He Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Imperial College, London University (U.K.).

    Josh serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at AirVM, a company he helped found in 2008. Josh is one of those rare people who sees and responds to opportunity ahead of the market. AirVM has grown to become a global leader in the cloud enablement software market with offices in the USA, Canada, UK. Prior to starting AirVM, Josh held senior positions at Zip, Rebel, Pool and ExpertHost.

Ron is a disciplined, results oriented, hi-tech product development professional with extensive expertise in delivering leadership telecommunications solutions for service providers and enterprises of all sizes. Ron is a management professional with 10 years experience at the executive level, managing a diverse global team of hundreds of engineers.

    Jacqueline holds her CPA (CA) and ICD.D designation and is an accomplished C-level executive who can provide a unique combination of extensive finance expertise as well as business transformation, corporate governance and risk management experience. With more than 30 years of experience in industry, Jacqueline has provided executive leadership resulting in revenue growth, organizational transformation, risk management and M&A. Working with a publicly-traded board for over 18 years, Jacqueline has been instrumental in the development of the Corporation’s strategic plans, governance structure, executive compensation and enterprise risk management frameworks.

    Alan Zurakowski CEO

    Alan Zurakowski brings more than 30 years of technology experience to his position as CEO. Prior to AirVM, Alan was responsible for the management and development of Mitel’s strategic alliances including VMware and the company’s shift to virtualizing unified communications and collaboration across the globe. Before joining Mitel, Alan was a co-founder and partner for Superna, a Canadian-based business consulting firm.
